FAQ´s

1. Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Yes, you can. Simply drop us a mail and ask for cancellation. We refund your full payment.
If we already shipped your order, you will have to wait till you receive your order and send it back to us. When we have received it back, we refund your full payment minus freight cost. 

Underwear returns can not be accepted because it makes a re-intake in the sales assortment for hygienic reasons impossible.

2. How much time do I have to revoke my order?

In any event you need to return your order to us not later than fourteen days from the date on which you received your order.

3. Can I exchange for another style/size?

yes, sure. Send it back to us. You pay the freight cost to us, we ship one time back for free. If after that, you still need another size, we charge for freight cost. (EU only, contact us for outside EU).  Underwear returns can not be accepted because it makes a re-intake in the sales assortment for hygienic reasons impossible. (Contact us to clarify your size)

4. What if my product has a default?

Send it back to us. We will check it and if approved faulty, exchange for free and refund your freight cost to us. Pls make sure to add a notice in shipment. If we can not exchange, you get a full refund plus your freight cost to us. (for shipment refer nr.4)

5. How do I return an order?

Pls, add a copy of delivery note or invoice in shipment.

Always note the reason for return so we can allocate your return. Or add a copy of email etc.

You are responsible for the return until it reaches us, so we recommend that you make sure that the parcel is sent with an insured and traceable mode of transportation and that you keep your receipt for the shipment.

Pls note:

  • Pls always send freight free to us.
  • We refund your freight cost only if your order is defective or not corresponding to the ordered item. Pls, add a receipt.
  • We can only make refunds if we received your order.
  • Pls, allow 1-3 business day for proceeding.
  • We only accept returned items in the same condition in which they were sold.
  • Outside EU: Put invoice copy outside of the box, for custom clearance

7. How do I get a refund?

You always get a refund with the same payment method. We try to refund within 48 hrs after receipt of your return.

8. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. Once your order is shipped, you get automatically a tracking number and you will be able to trace your order.

9. What happens if my order gets lost?

Your orders are insured by DHL and/or UPS and you will be 100% refunded. However, pls understand that we can only refund once DHL / UPS have confirmed lost of shipment. This can take a few weeks. The reason is, that sometimes it happens, that lost shipments re-appear and gets delivered. In this case, you would have been refunded and receive goods for free :-) But do not be afraid, we have less than 1% of lost shipments.
